Ayr Roads Cycling Club members were in action across the UK at the weekend in numerous mixed disciplines.
Charlotte Stevens has had a strong start to her season and won silver in the Women’s category in British Duathlon Championships in Cheshire and also finished 14th overall.
In Mountain Biking, John Gemmell came sixth at the first round of the SXC Mountain biking series at Comrie croft in Perthshire.
Elsewhere at the club, members were competing in the first round of the club league.
There was two events, the first, a Flying sprint for 1 mile at Turnberry, was won by Iain Fisher with a time of 1 minute 15 seconds.
The first lady was club captain Aileen Fisher with a time of 1 minute 31 seconds.
The second event was with a climb up the Byne, with Iain Fisher taking the honours once again finishing in 9 minutes 51 secs.
Second was Bobby Mcghee with a time of 11 mins 24secs.
