Hibs will be looking to build off the success of their recent clash with bottom-of-the-league side Livingston after securing a 1-0 victory in brutal conditions.
Last week's result comes off the back of a 4-1 defeat to Celtic which disrupted the team's three-game winning streak against the likes of Aberdeen.
Speaking of the match, Hibs head coach Nick Montgomery said he was "really happy to get the points," adding: "We knew we would have to match them for the fight and we did that."
He said: "It was a bit nervy towards the end, I’m not going to lie. I thought the boy was offside initially and then they were checking for something else. To get through that and see the game out, I’m really happy with that."
St Johnstone, who are currently second bottom in the Scottish Premiership, also secured a draw against Motherwell last week and a win against St Mirren at the start of December.
