THE A77 has been closed near Glenapp due to a fallen tree.
The carriageway has been shut in both directions since around midday on Monday due to the incident.

Road users are advised to follow signed diversions and expect longer journey times.
A spokesperson for Traffic Scotland said: “The A77 is closed to all traffic, between Girvan and Stranraer.
“Road remains closed in both directions due to a fallen tree. The road operator are now carrying out emergency works to clear the tree."
