WORKS are set to get under way to redevelop the pavilion at Whitletts Victoria's New Voluntary Park.
Spearheaded by Vics in the Community, the charity arm of the club, the build will begin after five years of planning and fundraising.
The new facility will include changing rooms, a first aid room, officials rooms, a community hub and accessible showers and toilets.
Work is expected to start on December 9, and it is hoped that it will be completed by April next year.
A Vics in the Community spokesperson said: "We are delighted to announce that Vics In The Community have appointed MCW Scotland to redevelop the pavilion at NVP.
"After five years of discussions, plans and fundraising efforts, the vision and ambitions of VICs to create a community hub and sport facilities in Whitletts will become a reality.
"The facility will enhance the facilities at NVP for our teams and allow us to deliver our community work and activities at NVP.
"It has been a long journey to get to this point and the club are very grateful to everyone who has supported along the way."
The total cost of the project is more than £620,000, with the charity receiving funding from sportscotland, Scottish Football Partnership, Scottish Football Association, LT Funding LTD and fundraising efforts.
A spokesperson added: "We are continuing to raise funds to further enhance the facility and make sure it has a Whitletts touch to it.
"The upgrades to the facility will also allow Vics to progress with the club license, something that is being progressed by Whitletts FC."
