A MAYBOLE teenager allegedly exposed himself and assaulted a man while making racist comments at Craig Tara Holiday Park.
Levi Murphy faced charges of public indecency, assault and racially aggravated threatening behaviour when he appeared for a recent hearing at Ayr Sheriff Court.
The 19-year-old is said to have pulled down his trousers and underwear and exposed himself on June 22, 2024.
Court papers claim Murphy then pushed another man on the body.
It is alleged that he then behaved in a threatening or abusive manner after shouting and swearing, uttering threats of violence and offensive remarks.
The charge is said to have been aggravated by involving prejudice relating to race, colour, nationality - including citizenship - or ethnic or national origins.
Murphy, who was represented by defence solicitor Tony Currie, pleaded not guilty to the alleged offences.
Bail was continued for Murphy, of Cassilis Road, Maybole, and he will return to face the allegations at a later date.
