A MAN exposed himself while answering the door to two women at his Ayr home and later stood at his window naked.
Lawrence Irvine awaits sentence for two charges of intentionally exposing his genitals in a sexual manner on September 6, 2023 then again on February 2, 2024 at his address on St George's Road.
The 60-year-old admitted to answering the door partially dressed and with his privates exposed to two women.
He later exposed himself to a woman with the intention she would see after standing at the window of his home when not wearing any clothing.
A further charge of conducting himself in a disorderly manner on February 2 this year - using a television with the intention of causing others to observe pornographic images depicting a male and female and committing a breach of the peace - was dropped after prosecutors accepted a not guilty plea.
Defence solicitor Tony Currie told a recent hearing at Ayr Sheriff Court that his client was not present as he had been 'in hospital' and was 'not fit to attend court'.
Sentencing was further deferred after criminal justice social work reports had previously been called for.
He will return to court at a later date.
