POLICE have confirmed that a woman missing from Maybole has been traced following an appeal.
Holly Maxwell, 22, was last seen around 11.30 am on Thursday, October 31, when she left home to attend a fitness class in Ayr.
When she didn’t return home by this evening, and her family couldn’t get a hold of her, they became concerned and called police.
Her car, a plum-coloured Peugeot 107, was traced to a supermarket car park on Castlehill Street, Ayr.
Police confirmed on Friday morning that Holly had been traced safe and well, and thanked those who had shared the appeals.
A spokesperson said: "Holly Maxwell, who was reported missing from Maybole, has been traced safe and well.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeals."
