MULTIPLE 'luxury' oak-framed homes are set to be built in South Ayrshire.
Galbraith has announced plans to offer the opportunity to build a 'high-specification' oak-framed home at Daisy Bank in Tarbolton.
The exclusive development will consist of three 'exceptional' homes, which are Hazel Tree Cottage, Farrier House, and Paddock View.
Each one has been designed by Thomson Hunter Associates and Oakwrights, and will be built by oak-frame specialist Iain Hendry.
The houses will be located in the walled garden of Daisy Bank House, a Georgian mansion, on the outskirts of Tarbolton.
The building plots are priced at £110,000 each.
The construction cost of Hazel Tree Cottage is £285,000, while Farrier House and Paddock View will each cost £385,000 to build.
Fiona Fulton of Galbraith, who is handling the sale, said: "This is a really wonderful opportunity to create a dream home, with a simply stunning design, and with the ability to tailor aspects of the build to your own preferences."
"Oakwrights homes offer a superb blend of character, from the use of exposed oak and glazing, plus energy efficiency features including an air-source heat pump and luxurious interior finishes.
"These three homes will be quite exceptional and they offer the chance to create a characterful, quality build with all three homes offering bespoke options and real value investments."
The homes will feature a closed panel insulated wall and roof system, external oak cladding, grey slate roof, Aero-Barrier system install, air source heat pump and underfloor heating to the ground floor.
It also comes with 'luxury' porcelain tiling, fully-fitted German engineered kitchens, and fully-fitted 'premium' bathrooms with power showers.
Prospective clients have the opportunity to stay overnight in Oakwrights' Herefordshire Show Home, providing insight into the quality of their properties.
Other fully completed homes in the Ayrshire area can also be viewed by customers, subject to arrangement.
Tarbolton offers a range of facilities including a country inn, primary school, pharmacy, bowling club, and doctors’ surgery.
