AN AYRSHIRE hotel is gearing up for its wedding open day this weekend.

Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa will be holding the event on Sunday, October 27, from 12pm to 4pm, showcasing what it can offer for wedding days.

Visitors will be greeted by a piper at the door and can explore the venue, including the glasshouse and garden suite which will be set up for a ceremony and meal.

Recommended suppliers will be present to provide planning tips, advice, and inspiration for aspects such as cakes, flowers, invitations, and décor.
