PRESTWICK Airport has played a special role in the set-up of a VIP music event.
The airport partnered with RockIt Cargo to deliver 44 tonnes of essential equipment for a major VIP music event in the UK.
An airport spokesperson said: "From the moment the aircraft touched down, our team worked at lightning speed, completing offload, breakdown, clearance, and truck loading in just 2.5 hours.
"Our ability to handle large-scale events quickly and efficiently is what makes Prestwick the go-to airport for major projects like this."
