A TROON man has denied two charges of sexual assault relating to alleged incidents in a Prestwick pub.
Okan Esmer is said to have committed the offences in The Buf bar on Prestwick's Main Street on September 6.
The 31-year-old allegedly sexually assaulted a woman by touching her upper left thigh, moving his hand to her buttocks and grabbing her over her clothing.
Esmer, of Bradan Road, Troon, faces a second charge of sexually assaulting another female, by allegedly grabbing her buttocks over her clothing.
Defence solicitor Glenn Davis said his client pleaded not guilty to the charges during a brief hearing at Ayr Sheriff Court earlier this month.
He added that he could understand the proceedings but would require a Turkish translator for a future trial.
Bail was granted, on condition he does not enter The Buf.
He will appear to face the allegations again at a late date.
