ONE of Ayr's most popular night-time venues has been placed on the market.
Harleys Bar in Nile Court and the upstairs Printhouse events venue is being marketed by Christie and Co for offers over £950,000.
The venues are run by Fraser MacIntyre, head of the Beatbox Leisure brand, who confirmed the proposed sale of the sites.
Harleys has been operating for many years, with live music and performances each weekend as a bar and nightclub.
The upstairs space was previously used as the Powerhouse and Furys nightclubs, before being transformed into the Printhouse.
A Harleys spokesperson said: "As some of you may have heard, our beloved venue is up for sale.
"However, we want to reassure everyone that there’s no need to worry - we will continue to rock down the Nile and it's absolutely business as usual!
"All our bookings and commitments will be honoured, and we look forward to many more good times together.
"Harleys has always been a home for live music, great vibes, and even greater people, and that will never change.
"Whoever steps in as the new owner will be inheriting something truly special - our incredible bands and our amazing, loyal customers.
"Thank you for your continued support, and here’s to many more unforgettable nights at Harleys!"
