Ayr Jazz Club are set to welcome one of the UK's most sought-after bands later this month.
Members will be entertained by The Jake Leg Jug Band on Friday, September 20 at The Fairfield Hotel.
The band consists of Duncan Wilcox on double bass and vocals, Warren James on guitar, banjo and vocals, Liam Ward on harmonica, jug, washboard, saw and vocals, Phil Shotton on clarinet, bass clarinet and saxophone, Andy Henderson on trumpet and Joe Moretti on saxophone.
Tickets for the club's End of Season party night on November 29 with the Vieux Carre Jazzmen will also be on sale on the night.
A spokesperson said: "Many more great evenings of jazz in store for us, and we look forward to our return in September and I hope to see as many of you as possible on the night.
"We are attracting new faces to the club which we really appreciate and is good to see. Despite having been going for 19 years there are still many out there who don’t know we exist, so if you haven’t been to our club before or recently do come along and assist the hard-working committee to keep the club and the music alive.
"You are guaranteed a warm welcome and it’s only £10 for the evening. Evenings start at 7.30pm and close at 10.30pm."
