A STAGGERING £75,000 has been raised for charity through the Ayrshire Relay for Life event over the weekend.
Teams of participants walked around the track at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena for 24 straight hours to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK.
There was live music, games and activities to keep spirits high, with the weather also cooperating to bring out the sun throughout the event.
A spokesperson said: "We would like to thank every single person who was part of what was a crazy 24hrs
"Also anyone who was involved in the lead up to the event and helped in anyway! The team are now going to take a well needed break!

"Also we are still accepting donations towards our total raised which now stands around a staggering £75,000!"
