A unique aircraft performed a low level flypast at Prestwick Airport earlier this week.
The 70-year-old ex-US Air Force HU-16B Grumman Albatross (N98TP) departed Prestwick on Monday.
The aircraft started life in 1951 and saw service in the Korean and Vietnam wars as a search and rescue aircraft.
The Albatross is now a luxury touring and sports aeroplane, and is lavishly upholstered inside.
She is based in Southampton and arrived at Prestwick from Iceland. She departed for Marseilles in France with a low fly past, thrilling onlookers at the airport.
