Heavy flooding is receding in Ayr following a day of heavy rainfall in the region.
Overflowing water drains and flooded roads have been reported across South Ayrshire, including in Ayr itself.
Forehill, Holmston and Masonhill Community Council shared photos of the town's Cunningham Crescent under six inches of water earlier on Sunday evening.
Councillor Chris Cullen, of Ayr East, says water levels are now returning to normal following the disruption.
He said: "While the majority of the flash flooding has dissipated, there are still some large puddles at the lower areas of the ward and this is slowly clearing.
"The water levels are returning to normal but the rain will continue on an off through the night, be careful if out walking or driving tonight and be prepared for tomorrow morning in case there is a resurgence.
"Ayrshire Roads Alliance have been out and you may still see them assessing the area."
