An energetic trio smashed their £500 target as part of a charity walk for the Ayrshire Hospice.
Earlier this summer, Janet Robertson and her two friends, Tracy and Stacey, tackled the 44 mile River Ayr Walk from Glenbuck to Ayr.
Janet's dad received hospice care in October last year, and she wanted to show her appreciation for the charity's work.
The trio beat their £500 target by raising a fabulous £908, with Janet saying she was blown away by everyone's generosity.
She added: "The work the hospice does for patients and families makes such a difference, and leaves you with a more fond memory of the final moments with your loved ones."
A hospice spokesperson said: "Great job ladies. That was quite a challenge you set yourselves and you absolutely smashed it! Thank you for your support."
