South Ayrshire Provost Iain Campbell has attended a ceremony to award Collins Aerospace in Prestwick with the King's Award for Excellence.
The prestigious award recognises Collins Aerospace's achievements as an innovator in the aerospace industry.
A total of 13 Scottish businesses received The King’s Awards for Enterprise - the UK’s most prestigious business awards.
The awards, now in their 58th year, are awarded for outstanding achievement in innovation, international trade, sustainable development and promoting opportunity through social mobility.
The company, based at Prestwick Aerospace Park, are involved in the manufacture of air and spacecraft and related machinery.
Provost Campbell attended with the Lord-Lieutenant, Sheriff Iona McDonald, and Lance Corporal Evan McKinnon, of Irvine Sea Cadets.
