Troon was treated to some fantastic music during the recent Open Championship - with headline acts including Eddi Reader and Blue Rose Code.
But for many locals, it was the buskers who stole the show.
As part of the entertainment staged in Troon during the huge golf tournament, buskers were given the chance to perform outside the Walker Hall.
And they certainly kept the crowds enthralled throughout the event.
While Irvine singer Eddi Reader and Blue Rose Code entertained at Troon Concert Hall, there was also some great rock and blues on offer at the Walker Hall courtesy of the team behind Winterstorm, with Penetration and Slutcake performing sets amongst many others.
Rugby legend and BBC broadcaster John Beattie and his band also went down well with the audience.
The organisers, Plan B Events, already run successful live music events in Ayrshire with the intimate South Beach Sessions gigs and the larger international rock festival every November, WinterStorm.
Promoter Ian McCaig said before the music began: “We’re struggling to find any previous Open Championship that has put on a series of live music events across the whole week, and certainly believe that it’s a first for Ayrshire.”
