Three men have appeared in court charged with dealing class A drugs in Ayr.
Ethan Frew and Logan Anderson, both 20, and 21-year-old Cameron Tait all deny charges of being concerned in the supply of cocaine and LSD in the town last year.
The trio are alleged to have supplied the substances to others in the town’s Lochside Road on January 28, 2023.
Mr Frew has also been charged with driving a vehicle which did not have a rear silencer fitted in the same street on the same date, and with failing to provide a sample of blood for analysis at Saltcoats police station later that day.
Mr Frew, of Minnoch Crescent, Maybole, Mr Tait, of McAdam Way in Maybole, and Mr Anderson, of Coxswain Drive, Troon, all pleaded not guilty to the allegations during a pre-trial hearing at Ayr Sheriff Court.
Bail for all three men was continued and they will return to court to face the allegations at a later date.
All accused persons reported in the Ayr Advertiser are considered innocent unless or until they are later found, or admit to being, guilty.
