Weekend road closures will be in place across three weeks on Green Street in Ayr.
The road will be closed from its junction with Waggon Road to its junction with Crown Street between 8am and 5pm each Saturday and Sunday from July 20-21, July 27-28 and August 3-4.
The road will be open outwith those times. A parking restriction for Green Street is also in place for working hours.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians outwith the working zone will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via Waggon Road, turning right onto New Street to its junction with Crown Street, turning right, and return.
