A NEW hotel in Prestwick is now open and welcoming guests for the first time.
DeiRa Hotel and Apartments staged its grand opening on Monday, July 15, just in time for the commencement of the Open Championship in nearby Troon.
Located in the heart of the town's Main Street, the stunning new hotel promises an exceptional blend of elegance, comfort, and five-star service.
Expected to be graded at four-stars, DeiRa comprises 10 bedrooms and adds a new dimension of luxury to Prestwick’s hospitality scene, with a commitment to traditional values, highly trained staff and luxury amenities.
Owner Perry Uppal, who also owns the adjacent Taj Bar and Kitchen, has expressed his delight at being able to open the doors to the hotel.
He commented: "We’re delighted to finally open the doors to DeiRa Hotel & Apartment.
"The team have been working hard on this for a while, and we’re really excited to welcome all of our guests, where they can expect the five-star service that Taj has become renowned for."
DeiRa will also be offering a brand new brunch menu, both for their guests and for walk-ins.
Dishes on offer will include Taj Naan Rolls, the Parsi Omelette and their 'Full Bhoona Breakfast' of traditional aanda bhurji, sweet cured bacon, pork links, square sliced sausage and black pudding.
More information on the hotel, including how to make a booking, can be found on their website at www.DeiRaHotel.com.
