OPEN Championship week is now upon us, with the world's best golfers beginning to arrive at Royal Troon.
The competition proper begins on Thursday, July 18, though some competitors are already in Ayrshire with practice rounds beginning on Sunday, July 14 and continuing until Wednesday.
As well as allowing fans to get their first glimpses of the players - with the likes of Tiger Woods amongst those testing out the links already - practice has allowed an opportunity for a first look behind the ropes in South Ayrshire.
And some of those who came to Royal Troon this week have given us a look at something which will be almost as important as the golf to those attending the tournament in later days.
That is of course the price of various drinks which are to be available from the numerous bars situated throughout the venue.
Deputy editor of golf magazine Bunkered, Michael McEwan, shared an image of the bar menu after he arrived at Royal Troon to cover the first practice day.
It’s the news you’ve all been waiting for…
