Theatre fans are being offered the chance to tuck into a bargain in Ayr, with six mini masterpieces on the menu.
Short Attention Span Theatre (SAST) is staging half a dozen dazzling new plays at the Gaiety Theatre next week.
And the £15 ticket price includes soup, a roll and a drink.
The new plays can be seen at the Gaiety on Thursday, July 11, Friday 12 and Saturday 13, with performances at noon and 6pm
They are:
- 'Arabella' by Jennifer MacRae
- 'When the Lever Breaks' by Chris Patrick
- 'Haud Yer Wheest!' by Gail Winters
- 'Umm Kulthum' by Martin Foreman
- 'Who Cares Wins' by Alistair Maxwell
- 'Nifty' by Adam McNelis

Since its inception in 2015, SAST has been dedicated to supporting new voices in theatre and, with the help of a stellar cast of professional actors, they have transformed raw talent into captivating performances.
Over the years, SAST has presented the first theatre work by acclaimed authors Rachelle Atalla, Elissa Soave and Kirkland Ciccone, as well as the celebrated short story writer Chris McQueer.
