The highly-anticipated opening of a new Ayr bar has been delayed.
Retro Bar, sited below LA Bowl in Miller Street, was due to open on Friday following renovations.
However, its owners have confirmed that the opening has been delayed due to drainage issues.
They also offered a sneak peek inside the premises, which is renovated in a retro theme with funky albums and memorabilia on the walls.
The premises was formerly the Lychees restaurant, which has been on the market for several years.
The bar is affiliated to Budd's Bar in the town centre.
