A Prestwick restaurant has been put on the market - only two years after it opened.
Richard Wilson's venture, Indulge, was located at the site of the old Costley's Patisserie & Chocolatier on Main Street.
Mr Wilson started up his own business delivering restaurant quality meals to homes during the pandemic, called Indulge at Home.
He then opened Indulge in the town centre in April 2022, and the eatery proved an instant hit with customers.
However, the venue has now closed its doors, and has been put up for lease, with a rent of £25,000 (not including VAT) per annum being sought.
The description states: "156-158 Main Street is a modern and extensive commercial property consisting of two interlinked shops most recently used as a restaurant/café premises, upper floor offices and two detached buildings to the rear with access off Midton Road, previously used as a bake house and an ice cream manufacturing facility.
"The accommodation is well presented throughout with the previous business having only recently ceased trading."
The property is being marketed by DM Hall, and more information can be found at tinyurl.com/indulgeprestwickforlease.
