MEMBERS of Prestwick's church congregations have announced details of their annual Christian Aid Week fund-raising fun day next month.
The event will be held at Kingcase Parish Church in Waterloo Road on Saturday, May 18 between 10am and 12.30pm.
As well as tea, coffee and delicious scones, there will be stalls selling home baking, toiletries, books, plants, toys and much more.
Tickets costing £4 for adults and £2 for children will be available from local churches and also at the door.
Christian Aid Week will be held between May 12 and 18 this year.
It will also see the return of the town's Christian Aid praise service, which will take place on Sunday May 12 at 7pm at St Nicholas Parish Church.
Christian Aid donation envelopes will be delivered to homes throughout Prestwick during the week.
Anyone who would like to make a donation can hand the envelope into one of the local churches or donate as instructed on the envelope.
