A TOP Ayrshire artist is to begin hosting a graffiti class in Ayr.
Tragic O'Hara, well known for his spectacular street art, will be running the classes from the Shred Skatepark in the town.
He will be making use of the park's legal graffiti area and is aiming the class at local youth groups who are keen to learn how to paint.
The artist is hoping the class can inspire the next generation in the same way that graffiti played a role in transforming his own life.
The course, named Piece Painting, is designed to take young people from their first lines of graffiti to being able to create a finished piece within six weeks - with a celebration event at the end to showcase all the work.
Tragic explained: "Skateboarding, music and graffiti totally changed my formative years and it’s the reason why I wrote this thing up."
Anyone looking to find out more information on the classes can do so via Tragic's Facebook page at facebook.com/mrtragicohara.
