A vacant commercial unit in Ayr town centre is heading to auction later this week.
The site 57 Newmarket Street is described as an "ideal investment purchase", located within a pedestrianised area of Ayr.
Internally the shop contains a main retail area with staff and storage facilities at the rear of the premises.
The unit is described as being in "walk-in condition".
It is being auctioned by Future Property Auctions, with a starting bid of £48,000. The auction will end on Thursday, February 22 at 3pm.
An FPS spokesperson said: "Ayr is a popular coastal market town with a population of 50,000 people making it the largest settlement in Ayrshire.
"The town benefits from excellent transport links and has always been considered Ayrshire’s premier shopping destination."
