The Ayrshire Hospice is inviting people to take part in this year's River Ayr Walk to raise vital funds for the charity.
Last year, Craig Burns arranged a 44-mile walk from Ayr shore to Glenbuck Loch. He had 38 people join him and raised a phenomenal £15,907.
Craig has decided to organise a return leg for 2024, with the route starting at Glenbuck Loch and finishing at Ayr shore.
The walk is set to take place on Saturday, June 8.
The iconic walk passes through areas steeped in history with links to many famous Scottish figures including Robert Burns, William Wallace, John Loudoun McAdam and many Covenanters.
The route also has a wide range of habitats and walkers are likely to see wildlife such as otters , badgers, herons, hen harriers and much more.
To join in with this year's event, contact Craig via email fsc.burns1960@gmail.com or send him a message on 07920 425892.
A spokesperson for the Ayrshire Hospice said: "We can't thank Craig and his team of walkers enough for signing up to a second year, and we hope more hospice supporters, who are keen walkers, get involved for 2024."
