The owners of a growing Ayrshire restaurant and takeaway chain have been handed the keys to their latest premises.
Tempura is expanding across the region with a restaurant in Ayr, and takeaways in Ayr, Prestwick and Kilmarnock.
The business recently announced it is set to expand further into South Ayrshire in Troon, and open a site in North Ayrshire for the first time in Irvine.
The eatery also took over the former Electric Bakery site in Prestwick, and will transform it into a new production kitchen.
The business has now confirmed it has the keys for the facility, and will also use it as a development kitchen, Tempura HQ offices, staff training facility, storage unit and fleet parking.
Opening dates for the latest two eateries have not been announced, but both are set to bring tens of jobs to the region.
