A flood warning has been issued for the Ayrshire coastline between Ayr and Troon.
The height of the flooding risk will be around 7pm tonight (Monday), according to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA).
A spokesperson for the environmental watchdog said: "A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the coastline from Ayr to Troon.
"Flooding in and around low-lying parts of Ayr Seafield, Troon Coastal and Prestwick Links Road is possible.
"Wave overtopping is expected to affect low lying parts of Ayr Seafield, Troon Coastal and Prestwick Links Road.
"Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide at 7pm."
