Will Ferrell's Christmas classic 'Elf' is being shown in an Ayrshire cinema to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Odeon in Kilmarnock is screening the popular festive movie at least once every day throughout December.
Elf was released in 2003 and stars Will Ferrell as Buddy, a human raised by Santa's elves, who learns about his biological father and heads to New York City to meet him.
The movie also stars James Caan, Zooey Deschanel, Mary Steenburgen, Edward Asner and Bob Newhart.
Grossing $220 million worldwide, it has been hailed as a modern classic, and is regularly listed as one of the best Christmas films of all time.
