Teachers and pupils in schools across Ayrshire are committing to signing the pledge for White Ribbon Scotland.
Kilwinning Academy, Auchenharvie Academy and Garnock Community Campus are just a few of the schools putting pen to paper for the cause.
Wearing a white ribbon is a personal pledge never to commit, condone or remain silent about violence against women.
Each year, participants wear a ribbon for 16 days from November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, through to December 10, International Human Rights Day.
