Shepherd Partner Kevin Bell added: “While the building falls under planning of Class 11 use (Assembly & Leisure), it may be a suited to a variety of alternative uses subject to gaining appropriate statutory consents. Interested parties should make their own enquiries with South Ayrshire Council.
