Three South Ayrshire Council staff members have taken part in a sports competition in Italy.
The three employees were selected to be part of Great Britain's winning team at the European Down Syndrome Swimming Championships in Italy.
Cerys McCrindle, Laura Logan and Betty Logan represented the area with pride at the prestigious event.
A South Ayrshire Council social media post said: "Congratulations to three South Ayrshire Council staff members who were selected to be part of Great Britain’s winning team at the European Down Syndrome Swimming Championships in Italy!
"Cerys McCrindle and Laura Logan are assistant aquatics instructors with South Ayrshire Council, and members of the South Ayrshire Swim Team.
"They competed as part of an outstanding team. Betty Logan is an aquatics instructor with South Ayrshire Council and a coach for South Ayrshire Swim Team.
"She was selected to be part of the Team GB coaching team who led them to victory!"
