Ayr's Lorne Arcade has come under new ownership.
Ayrshire property investors Wood Property Group have become the new owners of the retail centre.
The sale, finalised in August, will see the company make a significant inward investment to both the entire interior and exteriors of the arcade.

With plans starting immediately and continuing for the following six months, the current vacant shops will experience full modernisation and become available for rent.
Alongside the Lorne’s fresh look, the arcade will feature a new, eight-camera security system and advertisement space for local businesses.
The revitalised Lorne Arcade will be officially launching post-work completion in December and members of the public and local businesses will be invited to celebrate the launch through a Christmas Fayre event.
