Ayr's favourite comic will be playing a homecoming gig on an upcoming tour.
Performer Karen Dunbar, most famous for her roles in the BBC Scotland comedy Chewin' the Fat, will come home for a special night of storytelling in "An Audience with Karen Dunbar".
The comic, who was born in Glasgow but moved to Ayr as a child and studied at Ayr Academy, and who also has a vibrant music career as a DJ, will share stories, jokes and insights from her long and successful career at Ayr's Venue 38 on November 18.
The event is part of a tour that will run from November 9 to December 10 across Scotland.
