An Ayr restaurant received a surprise visit from Ayr United's manager and his coaching staff this week.
The popular boutique gastropub, situated on Carrick Road, serves a range of food and drink options.
In 2021, the diner was named restaurant of the year at the illustrious Dram awards for fighting back to success after the pandemic lockdown.
And manager Lee Bullen and his coaches were spotted having a bite to eat this week during some off time from their preparations for the new season.
Taking to Facebook on August 1, the Fox and Willow said: "Delighted to have Ayr United FC coaching team and manager in for breakfast this morning!"
Ayr United's Scottish Championship season gets underway this Saturday, August 5, against Morton at Cappielow - kicking off at 3pm.
The Honest Men go into the game off the back of a successful Viaplay Cup campaign which saw Lee Bullen's men finish top of Group A, earning themselves a last 16 tie against Livingston.
