Troon's annual Gala Day went ahead this weekend, with poor weather failing to put a dampener on events.
The event started outdoors but as the weather took a turn for the worse a decision was made to move the event inside to the Troon Old Parish Church Hall where the festivities continued.
Frances Carson, chair, Troon Community Council, said: "Joe Millar, TCC’s Citizen of the Year, crowned the Gala Queen Niam Wylie while entertaiment was held by Kenny James, dancing displays from KB Dance and Performing Arts, plus a large Ukulele Clan performance.
"Stall holders also had a successful day indoors."
