Ayrshire looks set for a downpour over weekend, as the relentless sunshine takes some time off.
Temperatures have soared across the area in recently days, with some parts of the region reaching upwards of 30 degrees.
Although the hot weather looks set to remain, it looks as if umbrellas will be needed to go along with it.
Saturday is set to remain dry but cloudy, with rain making its way in from Sunday.
The majority of Ayrshire will see some rain on Sunday, with Cumnock and Largs appearing to get the worst of it, according to the Met Office.
Unfortunately, it looks as if the showers will continue for most of next week, with sporadic rain expected until at least Wednesday.
It could be a while before the sun is seen in Ayrshire again, so it will be worth making the most of it - safely, of course.
