A Girvan Football Club player marked a special moment in his career - and for his club - after playing at the weekend.
Danny Cunningham's appearance during the match on Saturday, May 27 means that he has represented the club in each of the last four decades.
Danny joined a unique group of players who have represented Girvan FC, and has now played matches for the club in the '90s, the '00s, the '10s and now the '20s.
Danny was recently inducted into the Girvan FC Legends Club along with Stevie O’Donnell and Darren Mitchell, who had both previously achieved this feat.
The club took to Facebook to say: "Well done Danny and thanks for your service to our club over many years."
