South Ayrshire Provost Iain Campbell enjoyed a visit from outgoing Canadian Commander of Operation Reassurance, Major Dan Ebisuzaki at County Buildings on Friday.
His replacement, Major Jeremy Waller, also joined the Provost.
The team works on a four month rotation, flying three C-130 aircraft which are based at Prestwick Airport.
