A former Balamory actor is set to star in this year's family pantomime in Kilmarnock.
Andrew Agnew, best known as PC Plum in the hit TV show, returns to direct and star in Jack and The Beanstalk at The Palace Theatre.
He will feature alongside Gary Morrison, James McAnerney and Craig McDougall following the hugely successful show in 2022 which was nominated in the UK Pantomime Association annual awards.
Andrew said: “I'm very excited to be returning to Kilmarnock after Snow White last year.
"Playing Bella Moray was such a hoot that this panto season I'm back in the frocks again playing Dame Trott in Jack and the Beanstalk.
"I had such a brilliant time in our panto award nominated show last year. We had such a superb cast and loads of jam-packed audiences.
"It's always great fun playing The Palace, there really is no audience like it so, I'm delighted to be doing it all over again at Christmas, but this time with a cow and some beans... and most importantly some familiar faces.
"I've been lucky to be doing pantomime for 20 years this year, but this will be my first ever Jack and the Beanstalk. So, it's going to be a special one. “
With prices starting at just £15.50, tickets are now on sale for the show which runs from Friday, November 24 until Friday, December 29.
