The popular Ayr Farmers Market is moving to a new home in the town.
The first event at the market's new home, in front of the new Cutty Sark Centre at the foot of the High Street, will be held on Saturday, June 3 from 9am until 2pm.
The brand new events and seating area at the centre will officially open on Saturday, May 13.
South Ayrshire Council says the new location is expected to bring increased foot traffic and accessibility to the market which holds its monthly event in Ayr, Paisley and Kilmarnock at the start of every month selling different produce, goods, food and treats.
A council spokesperson said: "We're delighted to welcome the Ayr Farmers Market to its new home at the Cutty Sark.
"This exciting move will not only invigorate Ayr High Street but also provide an excellent platform for our talented farmers and producers to showcase their exceptional goods."
