Ayr music lovers secured a victory for the area today as Pavilion Festival was given a five year contract.
Chief organiser and Ayr DJ hero Ewan McVicar shared the news via social media with a photo of him signing the new contract.
The agreement will see the Pavilion Festival, which brought 7,500 visitors to the area over the weekend, in place annually for another five years.

Ewan said: "It's official.
"Five years of Pavilion Festival secured!"
