A DISABLED dog walker who shouted “f***ing b***h” at an ‘impatient’ motorist who beeped her horn at him as he stood in the middle of a road has been admonished.
Lee Graham admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and swearing at the driver on October 17, 2021 in Troon Road, Loans.
The procurator fiscal depute told Ayr Sheriff Court last week: “At 8pm the driver of the motor vehicle turned right. The accused walked out in front and as a result, they sounded the horn.
“After this the accused stopped while shouting, swearing and pointing.
“He said ‘f***ing b***h, can you not wait two f***ing minutes?’.
“He continued shouting. On returning home she contacted police.
“On November 16 police attended the accused’s home address and he was spoken to. He was cautioned and charged.”
John Gallagher, defending, said: “He is infirm. He was not going quickly so she sounded the horn.
“Clearly the complainer was being impatient but he responded and this was caught on dashcam footage.”
He added his client had gone through a number of back surgeries after a crash in the US.
Graham, of Hall Lane, Loans was admonished and dismissed by Sheriff Mhairi MacTaggart.
