The stamp and postcard festival will be returning to Prestwick next month.
Organised by the Lanarkshire Philatelic Society in conjuncture with the Ayrshire Philatelic Society, the festival will be held in the Prestwick Community Education Centre on Saturday October 1 between 10am-4pm.
A representative from the Ayrshire Philatelic Society said: “South-West Congress Stamp and Postcard Festival is being held on Saturday, October 1 for adult collectors and non-collectors alike!
“Dealers from across Scotland will be present with their stocks of stamps, postcards and accessories, and there will be outstanding displays of stamps and postcards from our group of societies.”
There will also be a kids corner where children can get free stamps and a free stamp book.
Coin rubbing, crafts, puzzles, ornamental displays, and an exhibition of stamp competition entries by local young collectors will also be available in the kids corner.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Entry to the festival and parking are free.
The Ayrshire Philatelic Society meets in the Centre on alternate Fridays at 7.30pm.
