The star of Strictly Come Dancing's 2021 edition will be wowing audiences in Ayr with an upcoming show, the Gaiety Theatre have confirmed.
Heart-throb Giovanni Pernice, who won last year's competition with dance partner, Eastenders star Rose Ayling-Ellis, will bring a new show to the Gaiety Theatre next year.
The Italian was spotted in Ayr last week as he visited the area for talks with Gaiety bosses.

Giovanni's show, Made In Italy, on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 7.30pm will feature "some of the best dancers and singers from the Ballroom and theatre world" say the Gaiety.
And there will even be an option for super fans to purchase VIP tickets for a special meet and greet with the star of the show.
A statement confirming the show issued by the theatre reads: "Strictly Come Dancing 2021 champion and dance heart-throb invites you to join him on a journey to his homeland for his brand new 2023 production.
"Joined by an outstanding ensemble of some of the best dancers and singers from the Ballroom and theatre world, this show promises to be a fantastic night out!"
Alongside his Strictly dance partner Rose Ayling-Ellis, Giovanni was last night nominated for a Bafta for the Must See Moment category for a silent dance the pair did to raise awareness for how the experience of dancing is for those who are deaf.
