Craig Tara holiday park has been granted planning permission for a new pop up bar.
A converted shipping container will be transformed into the drinks venue for visitors at the tourist destination outside Ayr.
Located within the caravan park, it will have a bar serving area, cellar and washing up space.
A planning official at South Ayrshire Council has approved the application at the coastal getaway.
The temporary pub will be six metres long and 4.8 metres wide.
The container will be coloured cream with artwork and stencil spray lettering.
There were no objections from the public on the proposal.
A council report said: “There are no policy objections to the application, and it is considered that the proposal results in the enhancement of an existing tourist facility without detriment to the character and visual amenity of the scenic area or the coast.”
It added: “Given the proposed development is sited within the established holiday park it will not have a negative impact on the character of the locality.
“The proposed external finishing materials are acceptable for the locality given the modern context of the surrounding built environment.”
